Bringing the community together with exhibits of history, art, poetry, culture, photography and featuring the history of Lady Erskine and her connection to Conwy Suspension Bridge as it celebrates its 200th Anniversary.

7.30pm - Conwy Town Orchestra open the week's festivities with their summer concert 'San y Der - Sounds of the Water.

We will march from Llandudno Junction side of the Cob, over the road bridge, finishing on Conwy Quay. This is a rare opportunity to be part of this historic community event celebrating our iconic bridge on it's 200th Anniversary.

10 am - 2pm - The unveiling of a 15m community textile and collage at Neuadd Ni.

11am Service of celebration - St Mary's Church, Conwy.
A unique specially themed service to mark such an important occasion.
1pm Telford Town Tour by Morgan Ditchburn from Conwy History. This is a Ticketed event with Limited space. Tickets can be purchased through Conwy History.
2pm Pwyllgor Aberconwy, Côr Meirion Maelgwn , a Clocswyr Conwy on Conwy Quay.
Sesiwn Wern Cymraeg / Welsh Folk Session with clog dancing and a closing concert from the Côr Meirion Maelgwn.

10am - Exhibition Open on Conwy and it's bridges
1pm A Talk by Morgan Ditchburn from Conwy History
2.30 - CHAPS will be performing the first of two short plays.
3pm - The Creative Collective will be sharing & performing their spoken words, poems and songs created through the The Telford 200 Creative Collective initiative held in November 2025, with support from Creu Conwy and UK SPF.
7pm - Conwy Folk Club are hosting a special Bridge inspired Singer's night at The Comrades Club

10am - Exhibition Open on Conwy and it's bridges
1pm - A Talk by Mayor Sian Grady, bringing to life the stories surrounding the suspension Bridge and the local community overthe years, including Miss Agnes Twiston Hughes
2.30 - CHAPS will be giving their second short play for the bridge.
6.30 - A fascinating illustrated talk on the amazing Lady Erskine and her involvement with the Telford Bridges, by 'our local history detective' Gemma Campbell

5.30 -In celebration of the anniversary of the opening of Thomas Telford's Suspension Bridge, a Scottish High Tea & Dance. Tickets can be purchased through Conwy Fringe

10am - Exhibition open on Conwy and It's bridges
1pm - Owen, from the National Library of Wales will be sharing rare footage of Conwy through the century from the Wales Broadcast Archives
2.15 - A fun quiz on all things Conwy, by Mayor Sian Grady.
